Yields 24 cups
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
Wantan salad cups:
24 wantan wrappers
Sesame oil
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 carrot
1/2 cup broccoli slaw mix
1 green onion
Sesame dressing (recipe follows)

Sesame dressing:
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. apricot preserves
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. minced gingerroot
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Directions:
Wantan salad cups:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush edges of wantan wrappers with sesame oil. Press wantan oil side up, into mini-muffin cup to form pastry shell. Alternate cups so edges do not touch. Bake 7 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from oven and cool on racks. Peel carrots with Tupperware Twistable™ Peeler. With Tupperware Chef Series™ Pro Chef's Knife, chop carrots, broccoli slaw mix, and thin slice the onions. Combine cabbage, carrot, broccoli slaw, and green onions in a Tupperware Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to combine. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture into each wantan cup.

Sesame dressing:
Place all ingredients In Tupperware Quick Shake® Container. Replace seal and shake well to combine.

Word Tip:
Chop: to cut food into bite-size (or smaller) pieces. A food processor may also be use to chop food. Chopped food is larger size than minced food.

HOME MADE PIZZA

Ingredients:

350gm flour-sifted 
200ml warm water
2tbsp or 11gm of instant yeast
1tbsp of olive oil
Salt
Mozzarella cheese
Toppings (mushroom, pineapple, capsicum, big onions)
100gm tomato puree
Oregano herbs
200gm chicken breast meat-diced

How:
1. Sift flour with Tupperware Sift-N-Stor.
2. To make dough-mix sifted flour, yeast, salt, water and oil in Season Serve.
3. Knead for 15 minutes until smooth. Leave aside in warm place for 45 minutes for dough to rise.
4. Add a pinch of salt and boil chicken breast meat in Tupperchef 18cm Saucepan for 3 minutes. Drain.
5. Divide dough into two portions. Roll each of the dough into 1 cm thickness to make pizza base.
6. Place pizza base on lightly greased Tupperchef Fryer.
7. Add a pinch of salt and Oregano herbs to tomato puree. Mix paste. Spread tomato paste on dough, followed by toppings and finish with mozzarella cheese.
8. Bake for 15 minutes using low flame.

Culinary Tips:
* Flour is to be sifted to introduce air so that the pastry will be soft and crisp.
* Dough needs to be kneaded well enough to enable gluten to stretch and expand to alllow dough to hold in air formed by yeast.
